Hi, i am planning to do an investment in atlanta area or in neighborhoods. i am not sure if buy n flip or rental property or house hack will be benefecial. i have good credit score of 8 and have 50k cash... what are the goid areas in atlanta to target?

@David Fo there are a number of good areas to invest right now but what is best for you really depends on the goals you have set for your investment business.

Same situation here, I want something to build equity for a few years, I have 50k, looked up in bankhead but they are already too high, Washington Park the same, mozley park too high now, may be Pittsburgh? Any experience investors for advice?
