Hi Everyone!
I'm scoping out going into an FHA duplex and/or fixer-upper investment, and I'm looking for a Real Estate Agent to help me with opportunity discovery and negotiation. I've found a few places that meet my buy box in the East Bay, and it only makes sense to have a buying agent before going further. I'm getting my FHA approval this weekend. How can I find an investor-friendly Real Estate Agent who is a good negotiator?

Hi John,
Ask your lender. They know people, including who is good at getting offers accepted, which is by far the most important part of RE in the Bay Area since everything gets 20+ offers.
