Hi, have you used a mentor to kick start your flix/flip business? If so, who did you use? Has anyone done the education series with Brant Phillips? My partner and I are in the DFW area and have been searching for the right fit for a mentor in the real estate business. Look forward to hearing some feedback. Thanks !
Yes, Robyn Thompson is the best in the business. she has done more than 430 houses, and she tells it like it is. Disclaimer, she is a friend of mine, but that doesn't change the fact that nobody is a better mentor in the house flipping arena. She taught the guys who started fortune builders.
I have met with Joe Jurek and watched MANY of his YouTube videos. He is very knowledgeable. So, he has helped me with some RE investing info. He was somewhat of a mentor for me, and is a good guy that has shared some of his experience.
Thank you for those recommendations ! It would be nice to have someone local, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area so we could potentially do some work together or we could shadow them looking at a deal etc.. I have looked at the people you recommended and they do look good. Thanks !
