@Jinhee Park Misleading title but I agree - no deal is better than a bad deal. @Gino Barbaro can attest to this. Why chase after deals that will only lose money?
Would recommend getting in touch with mobile home park operators, agents, brokers and manufacturers. You can also buy lists that detail MHP across the US and you can narrow down depending on your investment criteria.

@Jinhee Park I recommend instead of posting a question, do the work yourself. Use the "Search" field on BP to look for mortgage brokers. I'm pretty sure you will find tons of posts and will be able to ask people responding to such posts directly.
