other than mls or loopnet, where do investors find multi family deals?

Brokers, agents, wholesalers, direct mail, contractors, networking with other investors, etc.

yep. I find that MF's are even more private and insulated than finding off market single family homes. annoying. Network. Property managers, commercial brokers... just meet and greet!

Go to loopnet to find brokers. Once you network with them, they have deals in their portfolio that is not listed.
