Agent recommendations in GA that focuses on rental properties

Hey all,

I am trying to find an agent that specializes or at least understands the rental market in the Georgia. There are a lot of great agents out there but they don't seem to understand rental income side of things.

I am in Cobb county so it would be good if the person was in Atlanta or the surrounding counties.

Any recommendations?

AJ, you have other options but would love to talk further.  We have helped investors acquire 3,300 homes in metro Atlanta in the past 6 years.  That is essentially all we do...work with investors to acquire, renovate and if asked, manage for them.  I am happy to provide references both individuals and institutions we work with.  Message me if you would like to set up a call.

    I've been actively looking on my own, with a prequal letter from a lender already.

    Angeline, finding properties in volume with honest, 10% cap rates is very difficult in Metro Atlanta.  Those cap rates if you can find them come with substantial vacancy and related risks.  If you can live with 8% cap rate returns, we could likely help you acquire several suitable properties.
