Hey BP,
Can you purchase a property directly from the owner after it goes to Tax Auction? The owner is in the process of evicting a tenant and the deadline for the tenant to purchase the property has expired. The tenant hasn’t paid in two years and has only paid 3 times since the court ordered her to.

not sure if I understand. the Tenant does not pay property taxes, the owner does. sounds like a plain eviction case to me. what about buying it?
you can buy a property with a tenant in place and then it becomes your problem. best wait for the eviction to complete before buying it, since the owner has already started the process.
