BP-ers, what are some considerations I should be thinking about when looking at a MFH near an airport? Looking for positives and negatives based on experience...
This is my personal opinion on the matter. I feel a permanent residence near an airport will completely suck. Eventually you do become accustomed to the noise but its still a nuisance. However, as a traveler, a hotel or motel near an airport is a godsend. You are not too familiar with the area, so if your short-term stay is near an airport you have less travel time and can spend less on taxis. So if I was in your shoe, I would Airbnb the crap out of this MFH.
