Looking for help Pricing a Modular home move in Panama city Fl

Hello,

I'm a local small invester in Panama city Fl, I'm trying to analyze a potential deal in my area and in order to do my DD I'm lookin for someone to give me a quote or their experience on moving a modular home only a few miles away. I have to an oppertunity to get a new Modular home ( NOT Manufactured home) at dealers cost! I need to run the numbers and cant for the life of me find any numbers on the move. The dealer says his mover charges $500 just to give the estimate....The house is already assembled as a display house so it need to be deconstructed,moved and reconstructed. What would this run for a 3b/2ba house? I can get it at $69.00 a sq ft.
