Hi BP members, what are your thoughts on 4-8 plex (1-2 Units) condos / apartments that are apart of a larger association (10 units)? I came across a couple in an area that I was already looking to buy. Understandably your rent and competition is at the mercy on how well the other owners take care of the interior of their complexes.
I am hoping to get everyones take on this, since I couldn't find a previous post specifically on this topic.
@Kevin Sage Super confused here. Can you clarify what a "4-8 plex (1-2 Units)" is? And it's part of a larger association of only "(10 units)"? Want to help if I can but I don't understand the question. Make sure to @ me so I see the reply, or quote this comment.
@Grant Rothenburger sorry for the confusion. I have noticed several 4 unit condo buildings listed on the MLS that are identical to 5 to 10 neighboring buildings. They all appear to be apart of the same HOA. Are there any suggestions or resources "in general" to consider when looking at properties like this. I hope this is more clear.
