Hi BP! I am interested in purchasing a multifamily property in Florida. I am not using an agent at the moment. Does anyone have an up to date Purchase & Sale Agreement?
I've also heard about Letters of Intent. Is it better to put in an offer using an LOI or a PSA?

@Gloria Riley if you are putting in a offer then the sales agreement is the way to go. If you decide you want to use a agent who will have access to these documents let me know, I’d be happy to share one of our agents contact info with you. Otherwise, I believe if you upgrade your BP menmbership to PRO or the next level up you can download state specific forms. Best of luck!
