I got a property that the ARV 117k, however the owner owes 42k in taxes.How do you handle properties that's in tax sale auction? It's scheduled for auction next month. Does it matter if the sheriff is handling the all information on the property? I'm new to wholesaling!
If someone is behind on the taxes they just get paid at settlement. If you know it is going to go to tax sale then you need to settle in time to pay the taxes.
