Will wholesaling a cashflowing condo be a tough sell??
Hello again BP i just had a quick simple question that i needed help with. I am currently working a deal with a highly motivated seller of a 4 bedroom section 8 condo. She lives in Texas and just wants out of the house. She says the tenants are horrible and have destroyed the place. She also said they haven’t resigned the lease yet, which i feel is a good thing. My question is do you ladies and gentlemen feel like is a deal to try to wholesale a condo? And is removing the section 8 teneant gong to be a hassle for the sale period? Thanks again BP
