HELP!

I closed on property 06/21/2018, and paid. The closing company, Service Link, is out of state. They e-mailed me a copy of the deed and said they would have it recorded ASAP. I looked at the deed and noticed the legal description was incorrect, wrong block, wrong lot. I notified Service Link of the error and they said they had to send it for recording and would correct when it was returned. I have tried to contact them every week and rarely receive a reply, but today they send me a copy of the deed they were sending, 10/04/2018, to be recorded and it has the same error, wrong block, wrong lot. They also changed the purchase date to 10/02/2018 and want me to sign an addendum that says I am requesting the closing date be changed and that the seller can cancel sale or charge me a per diem. I told them I would not sign it. I have buyer but can't sell it until it is in my name.  Any advice would be much appreciated.
