Looking to wholesale over 100 acres of land in Jacksonville, Florida. 32219 to be exact. Anyone have general rules on how to evaluate the land, where to start with my offer, etc. Anything would help! Thank you.

    @Jake Berwind Closer to jax or further out by the nassau county line? Is it accessible or buried in the woods, dirt road access?

    @Mark Fries Went and saw it today with a developer and got a pretty good estimate. Not road frontage and a lot of wetlands so not as valuable as I thought unfortunately. Thanks for the help man!
