Seller Finance Title Company in Illinois

I bought a nice little house and want to seller finance it.

Are there any BP-ers in Illinois that can recommend a good Loan Orginator for this.

While I'm at it Mr. Rookie needs a recommended attorney, CPA and title company as well.

I've been doing my BP Homework and have come to realize that I need all these things in place.

I also need a good architect in the Chicagoland area. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
