Columbus GA rental market?
Hello BP community. Recently started exploring Columbus GA for investment in SFRs. Looking for more information, about rental demand/supply, job and population growth, etc. Looking at the 2018 property pricing trends, it is declining which is contrasted with rest of the country.

@Sanjeev Kaushik I currently own 2 properties in Columbus GA. One is being renovated and the other is completed and rented out cash flowing nicely at $1050/month on a $37500 total investment.
