Hello BP,
Has anyone taken the online class " Keys to Real Estate Success" by the Black Swan Group? The class was created by Chris Voss the Author of "Never Split The Difference" The book is an A+, I just do not want to waste $199. What are everyone's thoughts?

Great question! I did not know you could take an online class. I read the book last year and currently listening to the audio in the truck. I am going to research this more. Thanks for sharing.
