How to do an Open House in a gated community?

I have an extra nice big nice house for sell. It is in a gated community. How do I go about having an open house to drum up extra interest since it is in a gated community?

@Joel S. First you need to find out if Open Houses are allowed, and what the rules are for entry, signage, etc.
