I am looking for small investment property 2 to 4 family in the fort Myers / Cape Coral area in Florida does anyone have some one they have worked with as a agent? Also after running a few numbers from Zillow listings the numbers do not work. Unless you want to live in a class c area. They seam to work when I head to Lehigh Acres area. But not sure about that area the schools have a bad rating. Does anyone own investment property in that area? Please let me know thanks
