I'm not sure exactly how to answer that. I know guys doing 30 a year and guys doing 1. A lot has to do with your ability to source deals, what size projects each are, and then more importantly how you're able to put a team together to manage the actual rehab work. If you're doing it remotely you're going to have an even tougher time vs. someone with boots on the ground. But this is a very broad question, maybe you can elaborate on specifically what it is you're asking?

There are no shortage of neighborhoods or properties in San Antonio that have great potential for flipping. The only limitations are abilities of your team and your finances.
