got a NICE piece of land in the STATE of GEORGIA (Brunswick) I am buying and selling. there are 19 people in chain of title ..some deceased, some still alive. Anyone have a reliable, reasonable quiet title attorney you could recommend?
Reimer Law specializes in real estate in Georgia/North Carolina. They are in Columbia county. They haven't done a quiet title for me, but they have closed one. Nice people, they charge by the hour for title work but they will bill you fairly. http://reimerlaw.net
