CNN on real estate commisions class action law suit, Thoughts?

I thought it was interesting the parallel they draw to other industries such as travel. However the class actions are small to date. Any thoughts on this one?

Flaws as in most lawsuits but courts well they don't always act logically. And of course the general media needs to simplify the story to a couple of paragraphs. I didn't see DOJ-NAR coming to an agreement but maybe that is the point of a lawsuit. I do see someone started another thread on this article.

There are tons of flaws in the logic of the lawsuit that is not mentioned in any of the big news coverage of the suits. Inman has some pretty good write ups on it. It likely wont end up leading to much, but will likely lead to a new agreement between NAR and the DOJ on the issue. This lawsuit was filed days after the last DOJ/NAR agreement lapsed.
