@Isaac El, call some local insurance agents and get rough quotes. You can get water /sewer charges from the town in most cases. Call the gas and electric companies and ask for a year's bills. Some will do it, so won't.
Either way, you should be getting at least the last 12 months of expenses from the seller when you're seriously considering a property.
