Can someone help me with how property are taxed in a duplex to 4 plex? Are they taxed as individual units or the building as a whole? For example, on Zillow there is a 4 Plex that was taxed $900 in 2018. Is that for the entire building or per unit?

@Bee Vang Property tax on a multifamily building is assessed for the overall property and not per unit. Property tax at the unit level would be in the event a multifamily was condo-ed out i.e. converted into individual condominium units.
