Job growth is one of the biggest indicators of where a real estate market is headed. Phoenix has THOUSANDS of jobs projected in the coming years - in fact, all predictions are that we won't have enough housing inventory to meet demand. Because of that, appreciation should be pretty reliable in the coming years. Great time to invest here!
