Looking for site to get my FSBO home posted on MLS, what's some good, trusted, ones.

@Anthony Bellesbach - talk to @Rebecca Knox about flat fee listings. Her husband Nick will get you on MLS and take good care of you. She is a great ressource and runs the Milwaukee Brew City group on FB; if you have not already you should join!

@Anthony Bellesbach You are looking for a flat fee broker. Just google that and several should come up once your area. Makes sure you have a good basis for comps, negotiating, and the transaction process as a whole otherwise the money you think you are saving without using an agent will go right out the window.

Yes there should be flat fee services in your area, they will put it on MLS and give you a price opinion of your home. In my market Jason Saphire has the largest market share in that space.

To have lust on the Actual mls, with a broker, a flat fee broker is what I assume you want.
