I’m looking to invest in properties in Kansas City Missouri. I want to do buy and hold and would need property management and some information on best areas to invest is any in that are that I can chat with? Thank you

Hey @Jonathan Scott I'm actually closing on my first deal tomorrow in KC! I live about 4 hours from KC so everything was done remotely. I can give you my Agent and Property Manager if interested. Both highly recommended!

I would second @Kim Tucker on MAREI. It's definitely the place to start for new investors in KC, whether that's learning about the market, real estate investing in general, or finding good contacts.
