If I am starting an investment real estate portfolio, and I am ask for a $100,000 investment, then what is an appropriate return for the investor? What are some good resources that speak to this?
Folks don't generally operate like that in isolation they would want their investment secured by a property, and unless you already know this person you may want to dig in a bit more on the relevant laws.
