Closing escrow WITHOUT land/property survey - Texas

Hi all! Does anyone know if a title company will close escrow without a land survey, as long as all land/property/easement info is disclosed to end buyer?

Absolutely. The title company could care less. However:
-The buyer's lender may require a survey
-There will be an exception to coverage in the title policy covering any land discrepancy
