I've been learning a lot about real estate over the last couple years and have fumbled around between flipping, house hacking and BRRR. However, I have finally saved up 30k and would like invest it as wisely as possible. I'm here for support, brain storming and strategies that some of you guys have used.

I live in Dallas, I work 40hr a week and I am planning on doing some to most of the rehab myself if needed.

Anyone have a solid strategy for me to use in this market?
