Wholesale Question: what comes first, the buyer or the property?

If i find a good deal as a beginner with low capital, do I jump on it or start searching for a buyer first.

@Jomar Celadilla good morning! I’d suggest you jump on it. If it’s REALLY a good deal finding an end buyer for it shouldn’t be an issue, however, You should constantly be adding to your buyer list. I try to add at least 3-5 a day
