Dear

My name is ________ and my husband, ______, and I are interested in purchasing your property at 123 main street.

We moved here in 2018 from the ____________ area and have two children (8 & 4 years old). We are currently renting in the area and are looking for a location to build our forever home.

If you are interested in selling your property please give us a call or email.

I source off-market parcels for some of the development work I do and have had the most success by just calling the owners. Letters are great and I'd send them as well but if you search the land owner's name/city you can find their # about half of the time.
