Investor friendly Real Estate Agents in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Hello BP,

Does anyone have any recommendations for real estate agents in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that are willing to work with an out of state investor? Looking to purchase a single family or small multifamily home as a buy & hold property at the moment.

I would recommend @Marcus Auerbach or @Adam Gollatz - both of them are investors themselves and know the Milwaukee market extremely well.

    Nick Knox of Premier Point Realty is a great source if you are looking in Milwaukee County.  If you are venturing outside Milwaukee County to Waukesha County try @Jason Roman and then also @Richard Davis III goes a little further outside in other areas of the state.

    I recommend for Milwaukee agents in no particular order: Mike Henry/Vera, Nicole & Mike Borowski/Homestead, Daniel Balderas/Modern Milwaukey and any agent from Premier Point--Jodi Graf is the broker and all the agents are investors in different areas.

    @Dexter Lopez - Thank you for asking the same question I was wondering!

    @Chari Nash-Cannaday- You likely may not be "connected" with William Newman, which is why you cant @ him. I believe (could be wrong) that you can only @ people in the forum thread or people you are connected with.

    Highly recommend @Marcus Auerbach. He knows the area very well, his buying process is flawless and trouble free. Just purchased a duplex with him this winter.

    This is great advice everyone! Thanks, and look forward to reaching out to some of these folks as I'm also in a similar boat to @Dexter Lopez, interested in a buy & hold for residential (and/ or perhaps mixed use) properties in Milwaukee/ Southeast Wisconsin area.
