Does anyone have any recommendations for real estate agents in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that are willing to work with an out of state investor? Looking to purchase a single family or small multifamily home as a buy & hold property at the moment.

I would recommend @Marcus Auerbach or @Adam Gollatz - both of them are investors themselves and know the Milwaukee market extremely well.
