Any advice for selling my short term rental business
Has anyone successfully sold a portfolio of houses along with the furnishings and bookings for an airbnb? My airbnb's turn a pretty good profit and are at the point where maintenance is low but have to make life changes. If anyone has successfully sold a full short term rental business, how did you go about marketing and how complicated was the sell given that you're selling, real estate, furniture and upcoming bookings.
