Need recommendations- Agent with REO experience-Chattanooga, TN
Hey all- seeking recommendations for an agent/broker in Chattanooga,TN for a HomePath/FannieMae purchase. Is there a good way to search for agents with specific REO experience? I can't seem to find any with this particular experience listed unless I just don't know the correct way to look. As a side note, I'll also need contractor recommendations for same purchase. I welcome any and all recommendations of any kind for the Chattanooga area...

@Kristin Smith I don't know @Heidi Rau personally, but know that she is well connected with the Chattanooga investor network. Heard good things. We have a couple of agents that can help as well with REO experience, tax sales, etc.
Please PM me on the contractor side and I can provide some recommendations. We do about 5-7 renovations a month in Chattanooga and can point you in the right direction.
