Part of our job as professional Realtors is to keep up to date on Forms and Addendums that we can use in different situations to protect your best interests as our client. We will be using a Force Majeure form that will protect you in the event that something happens that delays your closing due to COVID-19 (Quarantine?) or any other event that is outside of you and the seller's control.
