Hello BP,
Can anyone share the best way to start finding new buy agents (I'm in Ottawa, ON, Canada)? I have tried asking my previous landlords and other connections, i have also been to RE Investor meet ups. I am trying to find more options to find someone that better meets my criteria (preferably with RE Investing experience.)
All in all,
How would you find more agents other than the ways I've mentioned?
What MUST HAVE criteria do you look for in your agents, aside from experience and personality
PS: I would love to connect and chat with any RE investor residing in Ontario!

I'm in Ottawa and I use my uncle. Not that I've bought here for a bit. He's an investor as well. But my requirements for a buy agent are simple - reply quickly and give me more data and information than any other client will want. Send it all.

You are doing the right thing to ask for recommendations.
I recommend the West Team from Keller Williams Realty. Josh and Richelle attend a lot of training that I also attend and they have helped other investors that I have referred to them.
Google them and say Roy sent you and interview Josh as he leads the team.
