Chopping up an Apartment Building in Carlisle, PA

Looking for investors in Carlisle, PA to give me insight on zoning issues. I have a 6 unit building I’m looking at that I can chop up into 8 units. Want to know if anyone knows if this will be an issue with the Carlisle Borough. I currently invest in Harrisburg, PA city (midtown), and know that the city would not allow chopping up buildings. Want to find out if anyone invests in Carlisle PA and knows if there are similar rules.
