Is it legal to post a wholesale on craigslist
I'm new to wholesaling. Is it legal to post a wholesale in the craigslist "real estate for sale" section? So I don't own it, just have it under contract and looking to assign it. Do I need to disclose this? Or can I make it look like I am the seller?
