Purchasing a property that has a scheduled auction... before auction?

Question

Is it possible to purchase a property BEFORE auction when the property is listed with a company like auctionnetwork.com?

I found a property that will make a killer flip... I just would love to beat out the auction! is this possible?

sign up for an account

Make yourself the agent and someone else the buyer so you can get the commission. Williams is usually pretty generous compared to the other auction sites.

Click on the box that says "submit a pre auction offer"

See if they're accepting offers on your property of interest

If they are, fire your offer out. In my past experience, 80% of last list price is usually the magic number they're looking for. You may, of course, submit whatever you like.

They usually respond within a day or so.
