Your targets should be SFH vacation homes, as close to the ocean as possible and with a rental season for at least 4 months and an occupancy of 100% and an additional two months on the either side of that at 50% occupancy.
Right now the best markets are in the middle of big cities right next to big large event areas like sports stadiums hehe. Anything rural are going like hot cakes.
