looking for Real Estate Attorney recommendation for NEPA

Jay Ji
Posted

Hi All,

I have benefited tremendously from posts here in BiggerPockets forum, not to mention that the early podcast series gave me lots of advice and information as well.

So far have been successfully owning and renting two homes in Connecticut and thinking about to expand to Northeastern part of PA.

Here I would hope to get recommendations on real estate attorneys who are diligent and responsive/responsible. Have been through quite some number of closings, I know better that I am willing pay for some really good attorneys at above market fee to make sure they really look after my interest as opposed to "just another cookie-cutter transaction based on a fixed fee".

Would you please DM me or email me if you have someone that you can recommend?

The kind of activities will involve:

Buy/Sell transaction documents review in conventional way

Foreclosure/Auction documents review

(Potentially) Land parcel subdivision, working with local municipality on tax grievances, Easement negotiations etc.

Ideally, if possible, lease review/landlord representation.

Thanks for any inputs!

Jay
