So I have a property that I’m looking to owner finance. I have it on craigslist and Facebook marketplace already. Are there any other sites or any other ways to market this property online?

Have you tried posting it on zillow? Do you have enough margin for a realtor to post it on mls for you?

I have never personally posted something on Zillow. Somehow one of my houses got placed on Zillow before .I wasn’t sure how to remove it once the house sold. I got calls from prospecting realtors for a year or so afterwards.

I am considering using a flat fee listing agreement where I would pay the buyers agent a fee and I would only have to pay a certain fee to have it placed online with the MLS. One of the challenges that I have found with putting it on the MLS is that not all realtors understand owner finance transactions. I had one realtor that tried to keep me from meeting the buyer even at the closing. For example a normal closing the buyer and the seller does not always meet, but with owner finance transactions meeting is very common for Buyer and seller. The reason for this is that the buyer and the seller will have to have an ongoing relationship well after the realtor has already got their commissions and off to the next client.

Are you only open to owner financing or are you okay with a cash offer too? Reach out to the realtors listed on this site since they say they are investor friendly. Select one that’s in the same city as your property.
