What are some title companies you use in OKC?

Looking for title companies that are investor friendly in the OKC area. If you invest in this area could you name the ones you like to use?

I like OKC Abstract for title work. They are really easy to work with, especially for my out of state investors and I don't have to micromanage them. :) Win/win.

I personally use @Johnathan Pannes with JTP insurance for my insurance. A majority of my clients that shop around end up going with him as well.

@Jason Priegnitz Any Chicago title office is great. Dawn Brooks is my favorite for commercial and Haley Gann is the best for others.

@Douglas Spence I love working with Thrive Insurance if you care most about customer service and convenience, and they can secure weird policies that other companies struggle with. Thrive can be pricey sometimes though. I like Casey Barnett at K Davis for value (price/service).

I use Chicago Title for title work, especially Lisa Kalman at the Cross Rock office. But have used OKC Abstract as well, so second @Cassi Justiz's recommendation. For insurance, I use Creighton Haddon at BancFirst Insurance but I didn't switch to that office until I had more than 10-15 properties so I'm not sure how they compare at lower levels.

everyone here is "friendly" to investors or do you just want low end? if looking to save on insurance you really need to have around 30 properties or so.
