Warranty Deed or Survivorship Deed for an LLC property?

When purchasing a property in an LLC (6 unit apartment) is it best to use a Survivorship Deed to bypass probate or a Warranty Deed?

Warranty deed provided the greatest amount of protection but you should still consult a real estate attorney to formulate your plan of action. That will always be the answer to questions you may have.
