There is a place that calls me every once in a while from Reno on doing BPOs, however they charge banks and it gives me leads in OR sometimes.
I don't know what you expect for free from someone not intimate with RE, but I wouldn't set my goals too high. Just use Zillow and call it good then and take your chances.
@Steve Morris The service wasn’t free, I was saying they are “free contractors “ meaning you could hire them to do the BPO and they aren’t affiliated with any particular RE company. The reason I was asking is because I looked on Zillow going back 36 months and they’re haven’t been any comparable sales that I can use to do an analysis.
@Allen Stewart give me the address - Bakersfield easier than Porterville. Interior is EXPENSIVE because of covid. Desktop $40 drive by depends on area $100 -160 interior same as full appraisal $500
