Me and my father in law are going to a partnership in the flipping business we both are going to use a heloc loan one is going to pay for the property and the other is going to pay for the rehab , he is a carpenter and I worked in the paint/remodeling business before we are hoping 2021 brings good business. But as you know we are new to the investor side any tips you guys have I’m currently 25 looking to retired from my job by the age of 30 and make this my full time job
