I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to estimate my buyer closing cost in Columbia mo. 65000 purchase price, all cash. Thank you

It will depend on charges by the title company. We see around $1500 for CoMo closings but I would recommend calling the title company ahead of time and they should be able to summarize/itemize their charges for you.
